ABSOLUTELY NO TREES GREW, 

A BEAST THAT USED ITS OWN 
LITTERS FOR PROTEIN,

HAD GROWN FROM RIVER OTTER

SIZE, THROUGH THE MILLENIA,

TO THE SIZE OF WOLVERINE OR

EVEN A LARGE WOLF, STARVING,

WE’LL CALL IT THE INBRED RACE,

THE HUMANS WHO GENERATED

NEAR TREES HAVE ALWAYS WEL-
